Have you ever wondered why people have trouble following simple directions? I'm project leader for my team this week (for my MBA program) & I think I've done very well in providing direction for the team. Not to toot my own horn, but I have a 4.0 GPA; I'm good at this type of stuff. But why is there always one completely DUMB person in my group who can't/doesn't read simple directions about saving a file? This same person argued with me that Windows doesn't have a Start menu!
